Our talented Excutive Chef, Annamari Middleton's passion for food has been apparent from an early age. A childhood spent creating gourmet family meals from old fashioned recipes was the perfect grounding for Annamari's future career in the food industry. Her innovative ideas, creativity and sheer love for food has seen her quickly rise to the top of her game and we are thrlled to have her on board at Cape Town Hollow Boutique Hotel
